Bike culture here is gradually adopting the aesthetic aspects of car culture -- i.e. lowrider bikes, fixed-gear bikes, etc. It&#039;s self-expression. People who ride their bikes take pride in what they ride. They would rather own their on bikes. But hey, it&#039;s not necessarily a bad thing -- it&#039;s not nearly as damaging as car culture, so the Militant says, let &#039;em have it.

The Militant does see a future for car-sharing, being that insurance and gas are expensive. </description>
