This Saturday at 2:15 pm I will present an updated version of the Get LA Moving Plan before the Southern California Transit Advocates monthly meeting on the 4th floor meeting room in Downtown Los Angeles’ Angelus Plaza (255 S. Hill St, Los Angeles, CA 90012). Please come to the meeting to see the presentation and engage in a healthy dialogue about the future of our region with some of the most seasoned mass transit advocates in Southern California.

Hey damion, I had to werk and missed this so how did it go? Wut did the scta think? And more importantly, did they or u or anybody have any quality insight as to how we can get this actually going? Any specific steps we can take aside from actually riding metro and telling others to as well?
It was well received. A question was asked whether I’d looked into turning the organization into a PAC, and I responded, that it is definitely something I’m looking into - that or a 501c3 and other options, but we’re just not there yet. We definitely will be soon though.
